How to recover a forgotten or non-working password?

To recover the password simply click under the access form on “Recover_password”
The system will open a new page with a single field to fill in
There you must put the email that appears in your profile or your username
The system will send you an email that can be immediate or take up to a few hours, depending on the traffic on servers.
IMPORTANT: Wait to receive a few hours, the mail usually arrives without problems.
Follow the steps in the email received to generate a new password.
